Seller guidelines
Everything a manufacturer or store needs to trade on OKA234 β from approval and listing standards to payouts and the rules we enforce.

1. Getting set up
- Create the account. Sign up as a seller, or complete the onboarding form on the sell page if you started as a buyer β your account is switched to a seller account and your store profile is created.
- Finish your store profile. Shop name, description, logo and country are what buyers see on your storefront.
- Pick a plan. There is a free Starter plan; paid plans raise your product limit and unlock analytics, coupons, featured listings and custom branding.
- Verify your identity. KYC is required before you can withdraw earnings, and it is what qualifies your store for a verified badge.
2. Approval
- When the platform requires seller approval, your store must be approved by an admin before your listings become visible.
- Every product is reviewed individually. Until it is approved it carries a Pending approval badge in your dashboard and does not appear on the storefront.
- Rejected listings show the reason. Fix the issue and resubmit; repeated rejections are reviewed by the platform team.
3. Listing standards
- Accurate titles and descriptions. Describe what the buyer will actually receive β material, size, condition, what is in the box. Do not keyword-stuff a title or repeat the same listing to game search.
- Real images. Use photos of your own product. Do not use another brand's imagery or renders that misrepresent the item.
- Correct category. Categories drive the storefront rails and the mega menu β a listing in the wrong one is hidden from buyers who are looking for it.
- Honest stock. Keep stock counts and variations current. Selling what you cannot ship damages your store and leads to disputes.
- Business pricing (optional). Set a wholesale price, a minimum order quantity and quantity breaks if you want to sell to business buyers at tier prices.
- Prices are USD internally. Buyers see their local currency converted at the platform rate; you are paid on the USD amounts.
4. Prohibited items
The following cannot be listed, and listings are removed without notice where they appear:
- Counterfeit, replica or unbranded goods sold as a brand
- Stolen goods, or goods you do not have the right to sell
- Weapons, ammunition and explosives
- Drugs, controlled substances and prescription medicines
- Live animals, human tissue and hazardous chemicals
- Anything illegal in the buyer's destination market
5. Shipping & fulfilment
- Configure your own shipping classes with the rates each one costs, then set per-country rates inside your zones. Buyers only see rates that apply to their destination.
- Block countries you cannot serve. An order cannot be placed into a blocked destination, which protects your dispatch promise.
- Dispatch promptly and keep tracking current. Orders awaiting fulfilment are listed on your dashboard.
6. Money, escrow and payouts
- Buyer payments are held in escrow and released when the order completes. The marketplace commission is only earned on completed orders.
- Completed sales appear as ledger entries in your seller wallet. Request a withdrawal from the wallet once your payout details are on file and your identity verification is complete.
- Never ask a buyer to pay outside the platform. Off-platform payment removes both of you from escrow protection and is grounds for suspension.
- If a dispute is opened, the payout for that order is paused while the platform reviews the case. Reply in the dispute thread with evidence.
7. QC inspections
Buyers can order an independent on-site inspection from a local QC agent. The agent inspects the goods and submits a report with photos, which is attached to the order. Inspections are a trust feature β cooperate with the agent, and treat an inspection request like any other buyer communication.
8. Enforcement
- Listing removal for a standards breach, with the reason shown in your dashboard.
- Feature or plan restrictions where a store repeatedly ships late or misdescribes items.
- Suspension for counterfeit goods, off-platform payment, fraud or a pattern of unresolved disputes.
If you believe a decision was wrong, contact support with the listing or order reference and it will be reviewed by hand.
9. Questions
The help centre and FAQs cover the day-to-day, and contact support reaches the marketplace team. The full contractual terms are in the Manufacturer Agreement.
