Oka234 Digital Products & eBook Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 2026 Applies to: All digital products and eBooks sold on oka234.com


1. General Policy

All eBook and digital product sales on Oka234 are final. Due to the nature of digital products — which are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed — we do not offer refunds on completed purchases except in the specific circumstances listed in Section 2 below.

By completing a purchase of any digital product on Oka234, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.


2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

A buyer may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase only if:

  • The file is corrupt, damaged, or unreadable upon download
  • The file downloaded is not the product described on the seller’s listing page
  • The buyer was charged but did not receive a download link or access to the file
  • The product is a duplicate charge for the same order

Refund requests submitted after 48 hours of purchase will not be considered under any circumstances.


3. Non-Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • A change of mind after purchase
  • Claiming the content did not meet personal expectations
  • Purchasing the wrong product by mistake
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing
  • Incompatibility with the buyer’s device where the supported formats were clearly stated in the listing
  • Requests submitted after the 48-hour window

4. How to Submit a Refund Request

If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund under Section 2, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Oka234 account
  2. Go to My Orders and locate the relevant order
  3. Click “Raise a Dispute” on the order
  4. Select “Digital Product Issue” as the reason
  5. Provide a clear description of the problem and attach evidence (screenshot of the error, corrupted file, or incorrect product)
  6. Submit your request within 48 hours of purchase

Oka234 will review your request within 3 business days and communicate the outcome via your dashboard message tab.


5. Seller Responsibilities

All sellers listing digital products on Oka234 are required to:

  • Provide an accurate and complete description of the eBook or digital product
  • Ensure the file is functional, readable, and correctly formatted before listing
  • State clearly the file format (PDF, EPUB, MOBI, etc.) and file size in the product listing
  • Deliver the correct file to the buyer upon purchase

Sellers found to have listed misleading, corrupt, or fraudulent digital products will have the refund charged back to their account and may face suspension from the platform.


6. Dispute Resolution

If a refund request is disputed between a buyer and a seller, Oka234 will act as a neutral mediator. Our decision following review of the evidence provided by both parties is final.

Oka234 reserves the right to issue a refund to the buyer and recover the amount from the seller’s account balance if the claim is found to be valid.


7. Escrow and Digital Products

For digital product purchases processed through Oka234’s escrow service, payment will be released to the seller automatically 48 hours after the buyer has successfully downloaded the product, unless a dispute is raised within that window.

If a dispute is raised within the 48-hour window, funds remain held in escrow until the dispute is resolved.


8. Chargebacks

Buyers who initiate a chargeback through their bank or payment provider without first following Oka234’s dispute resolution process will have their account reviewed and may be suspended from the platform pending investigation.

We strongly encourage all buyers to use our internal dispute process first, as it is faster and designed to protect your interests.


9. Policy Updates

Oka234 reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
