For bulk orders, the Request for Quote system lets you negotiate directly with suppliers:

1. Navigate to a product and click "Request a Quote"
2. Enter your desired quantity, delivery timeline, and specifications
3. The seller reviews and responds with a custom price within 24-48 hours
4. Accept, negotiate further, or decline

Yes. Your buyer dashboard includes a Procurement Hub where you can track all active, pending, and completed RFQs in one place. You can also compare quotes from different suppliers side by side for the same product.

Minimum order quantities are set by each seller individually. You will see the MOQ displayed on each product listing. RFQ is recommended for orders significantly above the listed MOQ to unlock better pricing tiers.

Click "Become a Seller" in the top navigation. Choose your seller plan -- Starter is free forever with up to 50 listings. Complete your store profile and start listing products. KYC verification unlocks additional features and builds buyer trust.

Oka234 offers three seller plans:

• Starter -- Free forever, up to 50 listings, 10% commission per sale
• Grow -- $2/month, 8% commission, premium storefront features
• Scale -- $5/month, 7% commission, priority placement and dedicated support

Payments are processed through Pandascrow escrow. Once the buyer confirms delivery and the inspection period ends, funds are released to your seller wallet. You can withdraw to your bank account at any time from your seller dashboard.

Yes. Oka234 is built for hybrid selling. You can set separate retail and wholesale prices on the same product. Wholesale pricing is only visible to verified business buyers, while retail prices are shown to all shoppers.

Browse or search for products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Select your preferred payment method and complete the payment. Your funds are held in escrow until you confirm delivery.

Register as a Business account and complete verification. Once approved, wholesale and bulk pricing tiers will be visible on eligible products when you are logged in.

Every order is covered by Pandascrow escrow protection. If goods arrive damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you can raise a dispute within the inspection period. Funds are only released to the seller after you confirm satisfactory receipt.

Oka234 accepts debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD payments via Paystack. All payments are processed through Pandascrow escrow for full transaction security.

When you place an order, your payment is held securely by Pandascrow. The seller ships the goods. When you confirm receipt and satisfaction, funds are released to the seller. If there is a dispute, Pandascrow mediates and resolves it fairly.

USD is the default currency on Oka234. Local currency display is available for reference in supported regions. All transactions are settled in USD to ensure consistency across global orders.

Yes. Oka234 does not store card details. All payment processing is handled by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Escrow management is handled by Pandascrow with bank-grade security.

Delivery times vary by seller location and destination country. Domestic orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days. International shipments take 10-25 business days depending on customs clearance and the destination region.

Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, origin, and destination. Each seller sets their own shipping rates. The full shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and in your order dashboard. You can track your shipment in real time from dispatch to delivery.

Raise a dispute through your order dashboard within the inspection period. Provide photos or videos of the damage. Pandascrow will review the case and mediate a resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
