1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: It must be in the original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original Oka234 order number or invoice.
3. The Return Process
How to start a return:
- Request: Log into your Oka234 Customer Account, find your order, and click “Request Return.”
- Authorization: Our support team or the vendor will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- Label/Address: Once approved, we will provide you with the specific Vendor Return Address and instructions.
- Method: You can return items via any tracked postal service. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product, Oka234 or the Vendor will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fees: Oka234 does not charge any restocking fees.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, the following cannot be returned:
- Perishable items (food, flowers).
- Personal care items (earrings, swimwear, underwear).
- Customized or personalized goods.
- Digital downloads or gift cards.
6. Refunds & Processing Time
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by the vendor, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
- Timeframe: Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
