How can I track my package?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track it directly in your Oka234 Customer Dashboard under "Orders."

Why is my tracking number not updating?
  • International tracking sometimes takes 2–3 days to sync between carriers. If there has been no movement for over 5 days, please contact support@oka234.com.

What if my order is delayed?
  • Global shipping can be affected by weather or customs. If your order passes the "Guaranteed Delivery Date," our team will open an investigation with the carrier immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, and regional B2B payment methods. All transactions are encrypted via our secure VPS infrastructure.
Can I pay in my local currency?

Is my payment information secure?
  • Absolutely. We use Secured and PCI-compliant payment gateways. Oka234 never stores your full card details on our servers.

After sales

How do I contact the seller?

Go to your "Orders" page and click the "Contact Seller" button next to the product. Our vendors are required to respond within 24 hours.

I received my item but I need help using it. What should I do?

Many of our B2B products come with digital manuals. You can find these in your dashboard downloads or message the vendor for technical support.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
  • Address changes are only possible before the item has shipped. Please contact support immediately if you notice an error in your address.

Refund

How do I request a refund?

Select the order in your dashboard and click "Request Refund." You must provide a reason and, if the item is damaged, clear photos of the defect.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is defective or incorrect, the Vendor covers the cost. For "Change of Mind" returns, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

When will I get my money back?
  • Once the vendor receives and inspects the return, we process your refund within 3–5 business days.
