Agent dashboard guide

Follow each agent tab in order. Every section explains what that screen does, every action you can take, and a worked example you can reproduce yourself. The screenshot for each tab appears right after its explanation.

Screenshots for every tab live in /guide-screenshots/agent/. Each screenshot appears directly below its tab explanation. Run ./scripts/guide-screenshots.sh to regenerate them.

1. Overview

This is your default dashboard. It shows your shareable referral link plus your current stats: active selling stores, current agent tier, lifetime GMV and pending vs paid earnings. Actions you can take here:

  • Copy your referral link and paste it where buyers will see it.
  • Watch your 40% B2C / 30% B2B share of completed orders grow as referrals buy.
  • Track your tier progress โ€” Bronze, Silver, Gold โ€” as your team grows.

Worked example: You open your dashboard and see a shareable referral link plus your current stats: active selling stores, current agent tier, lifetime GMV and pending vs paid earnings. Share the link with buyers and watch your 40% B2C / 30% B2B share of completed orders grow.

2. Earnings

Shows your direct sales earnings, volume residual bonuses, verification badge bonuses, first escrow sale bonuses and subagent bonuses. Actions you can take here:

  • View pending vs paid earnings broken down by earning way.
  • Check your current tier and the commission rate it unlocks.
  • See how much each referral or subagent has contributed.

Worked example: You refer a buyer. The buyer buys a 50-unit wholesale order. The platform charges 4.5% on the B2B sale, and you earn 30% of that 4.5% on the completed order โ€” paid out once the order reaches DELIVERED.

3. Commissions

Detailed commission breakdown per order. Actions you can take here:

  • View each completed orderโ€™s commission amount and status.
  • Filter by date range, store, or order type (B2C vs B2B).
  • See which tier rate applied to each commission.

Worked example: You see a B2C retail order of $100. The platform charges 10%, and you earn 40% of that โ€” $4. On a B2B wholesale order of $1,000, the platform charges 4.5%, and you earn 30% โ€” $13.50.

4. Team

Manage your subagents โ€” the sellers youโ€™ve referred who are now selling under you. Actions you can take here:

  • View all subagents youโ€™ve directly referred.
  • Check each subagentโ€™s tier, GMV and contribution to your bonuses.
  • Track subagent bonus progress toward Silver $10 / Gold $25 per qualifying subagent.

Worked example: You have three subagents. One just hit Silver tier by onboarding 3 stores that completed their first escrow sale. You earn a $10 subagent bonus for that referral.

5. CRM leads

Manage your leads โ€” buyers and sellers youโ€™ve collected. Actions you can take here:

  • View all your leads with contact details and status.
  • Assign leads to yourself or a subagent.
  • Update lead status (new, contacted, qualified, converted).
  • Add notes and follow-up dates for each lead.

Worked example: You met a boutique owner at a trade show. You add them as a lead in CRM leads, set a follow-up for next week, and assign a subagent to handle the pitch.

6. Lead finder

Search for new buyers and sellers to add to your pipeline. Actions you can take here:

  • Search by category, city, or keyword to find potential leads.
  • Save promising leads to your CRM leads tab.
  • Avoid working the same prospect twice โ€” the system shows if a lead is already assigned.

Worked example: You search Lead finder for โ€œelectronicsโ€ in your city and find five stores. You save two of them to CRM leads and start a pitch with the other three.

7. My mini store

Your own mini storefront where you can feature products you recommend. Actions you can take here:

  • Customise your storefront banner, name and description.
  • Feature products from sellers you want to promote.
  • Share your mini store link with buyers โ€” purchases through it attribute to you.

Worked example: You feature three trending products on your mini store and share the link on WhatsApp. A buyer clicks, buys one of the featured products, and you earn your commission on that sale.

  • Upload products with title, description, price and images.
  • Draft products for review before publishing.
  • Approve drafts so they appear on your mini store and catalog.

  • Set shipping rates per product or per category.
  • Propose delivery regions and estimated delivery times.
  • Wait for the seller to approve your shipping proposal.

Worked example: You propose $5 flat-rate shipping for all skincare products in your catalog. The seller approves it, and buyers see the $5 rate at checkout on those products.

10. Promote & earn

Post promotions for products you recommend and earn when buyers purchase through your links. Actions you can take here:

  • Create a post with a product link, your pitch and an image.
  • Share the post on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or anywhere buyers are.
  • Submit post stats (views, clicks, conversions) for approval.
  • Earn a bonus on each approved post that drives a sale.

Worked example: You post a skincare product on WhatsApp Status with your pitch: โ€œGlowing skin in 7 days โ€” link in bio.โ€ A buyer clicks, buys, and you earn your commission plus a promotion bonus once the post stats are approved.

  • Send a quote with your base fee and terms.
  • Complete the inspection and submit your report.
  • Set your availability, city, state and country so buyers in range can find you.

Worked example: A seller requests a QC inspection for a batch of electronics. You review the request, send a quote with your fee, the seller accepts, you complete the inspection on-site and submit your report. The product gets its verification badge.

Marketing strategies and pitches

Here are basic, proven ways to grow your referrals and earnings across different contexts. Use these as templates and adapt them to your own voice and audience.

5.1 WhatsApp pitch (direct buyer)

Say: โ€œHi [Name], I help buyers source quality products at factory prices with escrow protection โ€” you only pay when delivery is confirmed. Want me to show you whatโ€™s available in [category]?โ€

Then do: Share your referral link and your mini store link. Follow up in 2โ€“3 days if they donโ€™t reply.

5.2 Instagram / Facebook pitch (social)

Say: โ€œNew stock just landed! [Product] โ€” factory-direct pricing, escrow-safe, ships in [X] days. DM me for your discount code.โ€

Then do: Post a photo or Reel, add your referral link in bio, and use the Promote & earn tab to log the post stats.

5.3 Cold call / in-person pitch (B2B seller)

Say: โ€œI represent buyers who want [category] products at wholesale. I can bring you [X] orders per month โ€” you handle fulfilment, I handle the buyer relationship. Letโ€™s agree on price, category split and who handles which contact.โ€

Then do: Use Lead finder and CRM leads to avoid working the same prospect twice. Log every conversation in Messages.

5.4 Group pitch (community / church / association)

Say: โ€œEveryone in this group can earn extra income by referring buyers to quality products. You share your link, your referrals buy, and you get paid on every completed order โ€” no stock, no deliveries, no risk.โ€

Then do: Collect contact details, add them to CRM leads, and run a weekly report to show the groupโ€™s progress.

5.5 Subagent recruitment pitch

Say: โ€œBecome a subagent under me. You refer buyers, you earn commissions on their orders, and I earn a bonus when your team hits Silver or Gold. We grow together.โ€

Then do: Help your subagent set up their mini store and catalog, then track their progress in the Team tab.

5.6 Report pitch (weekly activity)

Submit your weekly report inside the window so your dashboard stays active. Miss two full weeks in a row and your dashboard locks until an admin reactivates you.

Say: โ€œHere is what I did this week: X leads, Y orders, Z referrals, and the team is [X] strong.โ€

Then submit before Friday 8pm WAT. Save the report history link so you can show the pattern to any admin or partner review.
